Most orders will arrive in three to ten days from the date the order is placed. Expedited shipping is also available. We will notify you if there is a rare delay or backorder on our product. Posted shipping rates are for the continuous 48 states only. Email us for international shipping rates outside the 48 U.S. States, and we will gladly help you make any unique shipping arrangements. The freight line sometimes requires your assistance in unloading your basketball goal. Any additional services, such as two man delivery or inside delivery, are not included in the price of the basketball goal. You may purchase these additional services directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment and pay them directly for the additional cost.

Goods Damaged in Transit

It is important to inspect your shipment before you sign the delivery notice. This is to insure that if there is a damaged item it can be refused and a new one can be sent out as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to file damage claims with the trucking company on all accepted orders.
